1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website arcinfinitylab.com, the ARC Infinity client and staff portal, the ARC Infinity Android app, and the test reports we issue through them. They are offered by ARC Infinity Lab Private Limited (CIN U74999MH2019PTC334455, GSTIN 27AATCA0501A1Z9). By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Commercial terms for a job — scope, rates, turnaround and payment — are set by the quotation, work order or invoice for that job. Where those documents differ from these terms, they prevail.

2. Your portal account

• Keep your login details confidential. Everything done through your login is treated as done by you.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• Do not try to access data that does not belong to your account, or to disrupt or test the security of the service without our written permission.
• We may suspend an account that is misused, or where payment is overdue under the terms of your invoice.

3. Test reports

• Results relate only to the samples as received and tested. Where the sample was drawn by you or your contractor, we are not responsible for how it was sampled, marked or transported.
• A report must not be reproduced except in full, without our written approval.
• Do not alter a report or present it as covering material that was not tested. Every report carries a QR code that anyone can use to check it against our records.
• Our NABL accreditation covers only the tests listed in our scope of accreditation. Our name, logo and the NABL symbol may not be used in advertising without our written permission.
• Test data and reports are kept and may be shared with our accreditation body as ISO/IEC 17025 requires.

4. Payments and refunds

We do not take payments on this website. Fees, taxes, due dates and any refund or credit are governed by the quotation and tax invoice for the job. Download of final reports may be held while payment is overdue.

5. Website content

The text, photographs, logo and software of this website and app belong to ARC Infinity Lab unless stated otherwise. You may view and print them for your own use but may not copy or republish them without permission. General information on the website is not a substitute for a test report.

6. Availability

We work to keep the portal and app available but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or withdraw features, and will carry out maintenance when needed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from any test or report is limited to the fee paid for that test or report, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, delay or third-party claims. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
